When Josh was 10 years old, he read one of his mother's graduate level psychology books on human development. This sparked his passion for understanding human behavior and motivation that intrigues him to this day.

While living in Portland, Oregon, Josh taught guitar lessons to children, teenagers, and adults for over 7 years. He soon discovered that while some students excelled in learning, others struggled. Once Josh started implementing goal setting and continuous feedback, his student's learning increased significantly.

Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Minor in Philosophy from Portland State University and a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University.

Josh resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and has worked with organizations to increase employee engagement, create performance management systems, and teach goal setting.

Josh privately coaches individuals in the United States, Europe, and Australia on clarifying their passions, goal setting, creating high performance habits, and sustaining a success mindset to help them get from where they are to where they want to be.
